An eleven storey downtown office tower (27,500 sq.m.) with a three-level parking garage below grade. The building was designed to house the new CBC Ottawa Broadcast Centre on the first four floors. The CBC fit-up has a total area of 14,699 sq.m. of which 7,381 sq.m. is general office, and 7,318 sq.m. comprises technical space such as studios, news room, support spaces, PBX, archives, data centre, printing rooms, a mail room, and viewing rooms.
