This renovation included seven floors with a total area of approximately 16,000 sq.m. The building was originally constructed about 1970 and the requirement was to upgrade the base building systems to meet current PWGSC Specimen Lease requirements. The fit-up included a computer room and emergency power distribution, in addition to reception area, meeting rooms, and enclosed offices on each floor.
